Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom colour and wig customisation can take 5–7 business days.
Domestic express: 1–3 business days. International: 5–10 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Free express shipping on orders over the threshold shown at the top of the site. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Return unopened, unworn hair with its original packaging and seal intact within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened, worn, washed, coloured, cut or had its lace altered cannot be returned.
Contact us with your order number. We will send you instructions and the return address.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
